Paralegal

Job Description: A well-established law firm in Sarasota, FL , is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters . Draft and prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives . Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on estate planning laws and regulations. Manage case files, maintain client records, and ensure compliance with deadlines. Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals as needed. Assist with estate and trust funding, including asset transfers and beneficiary designations . Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal. Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration . Proficiency in legal document preparation and case management . Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills . Excellent communication and client service skills .
