Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on a variety of responsibilities geared toward enhancing the mental health and well-being of your clients:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), under the supervision of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists.

• Provide effective short-term psychotherapy tailored to individual, couples, family, and group contexts, employing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for delivering therapeutic interventions, crisis management, and skills training.
\n
• Develop and execute well-informed treatment plans in collaboration with clinical team members and clients' support systems.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases, treatment strategies, and quality assurance issues.

• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment processes, including progress notes, treatment plans, and referral letters, ensuring compliance with all organizational, state, and federal guidelines.

• Propose and implement alternative interventions when clinically indicated, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in treatment delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and dual disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) for practice in Pennsylvania.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records to enhance service delivery and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
