You don’t need solar experience to get started. We provide paid training, the tools you need to succeed, and a proven sales system to help you build your skills and grow your income.

What You’ll Do

As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners and small businesses in your local territory to help them understand their energy options.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet with homeowners and small businesses throughout your local territory
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
• Explain community solar and rooftop solar options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Build relationships and turn qualified prospects into subscribers and customers
• Track your activity and consistently work toward weekly and monthly sales goals
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience throughout the sales process

This is a customer-facing, outside sales position ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and being rewarded for their performance.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$120,000+ On-Target Earnings
• W2 position with a base draw during training
