Position Overview

Tree Nova Inc. is hiring motivated, personable, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales, business development, and leadership.

You'll work directly with local business owners, build relationships, identify customer needs, and introduce solutions that help businesses grow. Our structured training and mentorship program is designed to give you the tools, confidence, and experience to succeed—even if you have no prior sales experience

What You'll Do

• Represent our clients professionally and build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Prospect for and acquire new customers through face-to-face business-to-business sales
• Conduct in-person meetings and conversations to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Follow up with prospects and customers to build strong, long-term relationships
• Manage your assigned territory, customer pipeline, and daily sales activity
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams
• Keep accurate customer and account information in our CRM
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
