Responsibilities Utilize cold outreach via phone, email and online resources to build a strong pipeline and onboard new business. Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings. Earn and keep the trust of customers with exceptional service and communication. Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics industry to customers. Expand your book of business by developing new relationships and expanding relationships with current customers. Profile Reliable, detail oriented, organized, and analytical. A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Long-term thinker with the ability to identify and solve customer issues proactively. Highly competitive and driven by success. A long-term thinker with the ability to identify potential opportunities for growth. Goal oriented and looking to progress in their logistics career. Highly competitive and driven to win. Qualifications A minimum of 1-2 years of CustomerSales experience. Demonstrated ability to build a book of business through cold outreach. Experience in McLeod is a huge plus. Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor.
