The Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an AT&T Customer Sales Representative in the Oak Brook, IL area .

In this entry-level sales position, you’ll work directly with customers in face-to-face retail and promotional environments, representing AT&T products and services . You’ll help customers learn about available wireless plans, devices, promotions, and service options while assisting them through the sales and enrollment process.

This position offers full paid training, weekly pay, a gas stipend, uncapped performance-based bonuses, ongoing mentorship, and advancement opportunities for individuals looking to build experience in sales, customer relations, marketing, and leadership.

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Oak Brook, IL office for training, meetings, and daily team operations.
