ABOUT THE POSITION
EMMG is hiring Customer Service & Sales Representatives to work with established energy programs such as Clean Choice, Clean Sky, and NexAmp, one of our most popular community solar programs for low-income residents. Representatives help customers understand available program options and potential savings while providing a professional customer experience.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Speak with customers about available energy programs and potential savings on utility bills.

• Educate customers on their options and answer questions clearly.

• Provide professional customer service throughout the enrollment process.

• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate program options. • Complete customer enrollments accurately and professionally.

• Work independently and as part of a team while meeting sales goals.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Face-to-face customer interaction in door-to-door and retail sales environments.

• Daily conversations with new customers and opportunities to build relationships.

• A structured sales/customer-service process with hands-on coaching.

• Ongoing training focused on communication, product knowledge, sales, and professional growth.

• A fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

COMPENSATION & TRAINING
•100% Commission-Based
• Weekly Pay
• Typical earning potential: $600–$1,000+ per week
• Two-week training process
• Ongoing coaching and advancement opportunities Earnings are performance-based and can vary depending on individual sales production.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Outgoing, reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and handling questions.
• Willing to learn, accept coaching, and grow.
• No prior sales or customer service experience required for the right candidate.
