What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive family medicine clinical services across multiple clinics
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct preventive care, health assessments, and screenings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Document clinical interactions according to protocol and compliance standards
• Participate in team training, quality improvement, and ongoing education
• Support military and veteran populations with tailored healthcare services

What You Need

Required:

• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Active unrestricted medical license in Virginia
• Board certification in Family Practice
• U.S. citizenship
• 1+ year recent family practice experience
• DEA certification and BLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience in military or federal healthcare settings
• Additional certifications in emergency medicine
• Bilingual abilities
• Teaching or supervisory experience
