Casual Float Phlebotomist/PRN - On Call

Labcorp seeks a casual float phlebotomist for on-call work in Renton, Washington. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, entering patient data, and providing customer service across multiple sites with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and similar analyses
• Enter patient information and maintain specimen information logs accurately
• Process billing information and collect patient payments as required
• Travel to additional sites and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Valid Washington-issued phlebotomy license
• 6+ months phlebotomy experience preferred
• 6+ months prior or current Labcorp phlebotomy experience preferred
• Ability to pass color blindness test
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: $22.30 - $27.69 per hour; float incentive adds $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement; eligible for quarterly bonus program
