Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Support Specialist to provide administrative support and ensure daily operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to internal teams and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate records, documents, and data in company systems.
• Prepare, update, and organize spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, including Excel, to manage data and complete administrative tasks.
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Identify issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
