Schedule

Wednesday through Sunday
3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
30-minute unpaid meal break
Monday and Tuesday off
Opportunities for overtime during holidays, peak seasons, and special events

IMPORTANT
This position requires arriving at the bakery by 3:00 AM. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working early morning shifts.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Lucerne Bakery is looking for an Oven & Kitchen Associate to help prepare, bake, cook, stock, and maintain products throughout the day.
This is a fast-paced position for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and taking pride in producing quality food.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Bake pastries and bakery products
Fry products according to company standards
Assist with breakfast production
Assist with sandwich production
Assist with catering and party platters
Stock and maintain product displays
Follow production sheets, recipes, and checklists
Organize freezer and walk-in cooler
Receive deliveries and verify accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Complete daily checklists and assigned tasks
Communicate product availability with counter staff
Help create a positive customer experience

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Reliable and punctual attendance
Ability to arrive at work by 3:00 AM
Reliable transportation
Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow recipes, checklists, and instructions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean workstation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Bakery, kitchen, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

SOBRE LA POSICIÓN
Lucerne Bakery está buscando un Asociado de Horno y Cocina para ayudar a preparar, hornear, cocinar, surtir y mantener los productos durante todo el día.
Esta es una posición de ritmo rápido para personas que disfrutan mantenerse ocupadas, trabajar en equipo y sentirse orgullosas de producir alimentos de alta calidad.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

Hornear pastelitos y otros productos de panadería
Freír productos según los estándares de la empresa
Ayudar con la preparación de desayunos
Ayudar con la preparación de sándwiches
Ayudar con bandejas para fiestas y pedidos de catering
Mantener surtidas las vitrinas y exhibiciones de productos
Seguir hojas de producción, recetas y listas de verificación
Organizar el congelador y la cámara frigorífica (walk-in cooler)
Recibir entregas y verificar que sean correctas
Mantener la limpieza y los estándares de seguridad alimentaria
Completar listas de verificación y tareas asignadas diariamente
Comunicar al personal de mostrador la disponibilidad de productos
Ayudar a crear una experiencia positiva para los clientes

Se prefiere experiencia en panadería, cocina o restaurantes, pero no es requerida. Estamos dispuestos a entrenar a la persona adecuada.
