Outbound Call Center Agent

Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, the full-time Outbound Call Center Agent will identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely. Key responsibilities Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls to meet sales targets and quotas Provide appropriate solutions for customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts Required qualifications At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Experience working with an automatic dialer Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
