In this role, you'll help coordinate schedules, manage important details, communicate updates, and make sure client arrangements stay organized from start to finish. This position is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling. Previous experience is not required, and training is provided. What You'll Be Doing Communicating with clients to gather scheduling needs and preferences Coordinating dates, times, and reservation details Organizing confirmations, updates, and important information Following up with clients regarding pending details or changes Reviewing information for accuracy before finalizing arrangements Managing multiple requests and deadlines at the same time Keeping client records and notes organized Assisting with schedule adjustments, modifications, and special requests Providing clear updates throughout the coordination process Using email, online systems, and digital tools to manage daily tasks What We're Looking For Strong organization and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication Attention to detail Dependability and ability to follow through Comfortable working independently from home Basic computer and technology skills Ability to learn new systems and processes Professional and service-focused attitude Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, administrative support, reservations, or coordination is helpful, but not required .
