Scheduling Coordinator

Scheduler

We are looking for a scheduler, who will be responsible for managing the flow of activities for field crews. This position requires a customer focused mindset and the ability to be on the phones for long periods of time while being able to multitask other priorities for the day. This includes monitoring the daily schedule and adjusting the schedule as needed to complete the expected and upcoming work in the short term. This individual will also handle all inbound emergency field assignments and other job site related calls before forwarding to the correct internal team member. You will collaborate with service managers, office staff, technicians, customers, and others to help get work scheduled and completed as seamlessly as possible. This is a fast paced and demanding role with high visibility within the company.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: Overtime hours may be required at month end and as requested, controlled climate, office environment, occasional work from home options, required to sit for long periods of time, 8 or more hours per day, frequently required to use monitor, keyboard, mouse, and phone
