Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join a dynamic Marketing Technology team and help deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences across digital channels.
- Pay Range - $65-80/HR ON W2
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute customer journeys across Email, SMS, and Push Notifications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and manage data integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Sync, and ETL tools.
- Leverage AMPscript and SQL to create personalized content and audience segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key business initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, harmonization, and activation.
- Strong proficiency in AMPscript and SQL.
- Experience creating and optimizing content across email, SMS, and push notification channels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist Certification.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS.
