Remote HIPAA Compliance Assistant

We’re searching for a reliable Remote HIPAA Compliance Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing, supporting healthcare organizations with privacy, documentation, and compliance monitoring tasks.
This role is ideal for someone interested in the regulatory side of healthcare. You’ll gain experience reviewing documentation, monitoring digital privacy practices, and helping ensure organizations remain compliant with HIPAA standards.
What You’ll Do
- Review internal documentation for compliance accuracy
- Track completion of HIPAA training modules
- Assist with privacy audits and risk assessments
- Maintain secure digital records
- Support compliance officers with administrative tasks
