Make a meaningful impact in students’ lives by providing expert speech and language services in a supportive school-based setting near Olympia, WA. This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for passionate professionals looking to work collaboratively across all grade levels throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
As a valued member of a welcoming educational team, you’ll work with a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students, delivering quality support for speech, language, and communication development. Your schedule consists of four days per week, totaling 35 hours (8.75 hours per day), leaving you with a healthy work/life balance.
Qualifications and Credentials:
- Valid WA SLP or SLPA License required
- ESA certification required for SLPs
- Open to professionals with CCCs, CFY candidates, and SLPAs
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare environments is highly valued
- Ability to support students at all grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
- Screen, assess, and document student needs and growth
- Foster a positive and engaging therapeutic environment
