Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington State licensure or willingness to secure licensure prior to start
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in school-age children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support optimal learning outcomes
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports as required by school policies and state guidelines
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
- Provide guidance and education to staff and families regarding speech-language development
