Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Acute CareGlendive Medical Center | Glendive, Montana Full-Time | Three 12-Hour Shifts per Week | Starting Wage: $26.14+/hour (based on experience and internal equity) + applicable differentials Make a Meaningful Difference in Resident CareGlendive Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care team. In this role, you'll provide direct nursing care, support resident health and well-being, and work closely with providers, residents, families, and fellow caregivers to deliver high-quality care.About the RoleAs an LPN at GMC, you will provide direct patient care and assist in coordinating treatment plans under the direction of Registered Nurses and healthcare providers. What You'll DoAdminister medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plansMonitor resident conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team membersPerform nursing procedures, including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other treatments within scope of practiceAssess resident needs and contribute to care planning and ongoing evaluationsDocument resident care and clinical observations accurately and timelyRespond to resident requests and provide compassionate supportCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident careSupervise and provide guidance to CNAs and other direct care staffEnsure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and safety regulations What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate demonstrates:Compassion and a commitment to patient-centered careStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood judgment and attention to detailStrong resident care and clinical assessment skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changing resident needsLeadership skills and the ability to supervise support staffRequired QualificationsCurrent Montana LPN License or Compact LPN licenseCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Schedule DetailsFull-time, three 12-hour shiftsWeekend and holiday rotation required Compensation and Employee BenefitsIn addition to competitive pay, we offer recruitment incentives such as a sign-on, relocation, retention, and tuition reimbursement specific to the candidate.
