Quality Control Inspector

Quality Control InspectorAs a Quality Control Inspector, you will be an essential presence in packaging, manufacturing, and inspections, ensuring room and equipment release. You will support the revision and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist with deviation investigations. Your role will involve reviewing pest control and environmental monitoring, issuing labels and printed materials according to schedule, identifying and documenting batch record errors or deficiencies, and evaluating quality, safety, and purity risks. You will also support the Quality Assurance (QA) Hold area operations and complete detailed end-of-day reports. Effective communication and collaboration across departments are crucial, as is maintaining current training on SOPs, safety, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Regular attendance, the ability to follow supervisor instructions, and promoting teamwork are essential responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesEnsure QA presence on packaging, manufacturing, and inspections.Support SOP revisions and maintain compliance.Assist with deviation investigations.Review pest control and environmental monitoring.Issue labels and printed materials as per schedule.Identify and document batch record errors and deficiencies.Meet daily goals with accuracy and compliance.Evaluate and communicate quality, safety, and purity risks.Support QA Hold area operations.Complete detailed end-of-day reports.Communicate and collaborate effectively across departments.Maintain current training on SOPs, safety, and cGMPs.Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.Essential SkillsExperience in inspection and quality control.Proficiency in quality inspection and visual inspection.Strong document review and document control skills.Great enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.Detail-oriented and team-centered approach.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Must wear Personal Protective Equipment.Good computer skills on all general software.Why Work Here?Join us for the opportunity to grow and be promoted from within.
