Small Business Program Product Manager

Responsibilities Partner with product and marketing to help define, develop, and implement product strategies through analyzing consumer behavior and preferences, competitive best practices, and product economics. Manage day‑to‑day activities to deliver and execute product features across multi‑phase programs, projects, and workstreams including deposit product processor technology build and customer migration plans. Lead process engineering efforts that foster simplification, lean systemic process lifecycles, and de‑risk. Serve as subject matter expert and has oversight over the client experience, features and servicing processes. Manage product approvals, define product requirements, create user stories, define acceptance criteria, oversee testing status, and post implementation activities. Make recommendations based on regulatory changes, competition, consumer trends and market research. Ensure a positive customer experience and oversee the lifecycle of an initiative and day‑to‑day product support. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in small business product management and/or project management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a senior audience with the ability to take the lead in broad cross‑functional groups.
