What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU patient care utilizing clinical judgment and advanced critical thinking
• Monitor vital signs and manage ventilated, post-op, and cardiac patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on complex patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and interventions accurately
• Respond promptly to patient changes and emergencies
• Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Michigan or other applicable state
• Minimum of 2 years ICU or critical care experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to facility protocols
