Step into an exciting opportunity supporting students’ communication and language development in vibrant school communities across the Port St. Lucie and Ft. Pierce area. Multiple openings are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists ready to make a meaningful difference in students’ academic and social success. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with assignments tailored to your preferences and experience.

You’ll have the chance to work collaboratively within dynamic school teams, supporting a wide range of age groups (PK-12) in single or paired school assignments. Assignments include high school and K-8 settings—some with specialized ASD, EBD, or InD units—and provide supportive environments, often with additional SLP team members or SLPAs. Select positions are designed to provide maternity leave coverage throughout the academic year for enriching professional variety.

What You’ll Need:

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP)
• Up-to-date fingerprinting (those previously cleared through AHCA are eligible)
• Commitment to onsite presence (no virtual/remote roles at this time)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with school-based caseloads or pediatrics is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload according to school district needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow therapists to support student goals
• Maintain documentation and meet district guidelines for reporting and compliance
• Participate actively in staff meetings, processes, and parent conferencing

All positions are contract roles for the 2026-2027 school year, starting as soon as possible and running through early June. Both part-time and full-time options (14-35 hours per week) are available, with assignments at up to two schools per week, based on your scheduling preferences.
