Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric population preferred
• Comfortable working with students across K-12 grade levels
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students per IEP requirements
• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to foster student growth and success
• Communicate regularly with families regarding therapy goals and progress
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school-wide initiatives
