Job Details
Responsibilities
Develop accurate estimates for pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants.
Lead bid teams, coordinate with project managers, and analyze cost data.
Prepare proposals, perform risk analysis, and conduct estimate reconciliations.
Build and maintain subcontractor/vendor networks.
Support preconstruction services including conceptual estimating and budgeting.
Qualifications
5+ years of estimating experience in civil or water/wastewater construction.
Strong cost analysis, bid preparation, and project modeling skills.
Familiarity with estimating software (HCSS, Timberline, or similar).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
