Service Advisor Writer | $21.00hr DOE | Centralia, WA
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Position Overview:

• Join an established outdoor power equipment dealership serving the local community for more than 50 years, supporting homeowners, landscapers, farmers, and commercial customers.
• Work with a close-knit team focused on exceptional customer service, quality repairs, and long-term customer relationships.
• Full-time Evaluation Hire opportunity with potential for long-term career growth in the equipment service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, scheduling repairs, preparing work orders, and communicating repair status updates.
• Coordinate technician workflow, prioritize service jobs, track warranty claims, and ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
• Review service documentation, perform parts lookups, maintain service records, conduct customer follow-ups, and support department efficiency goals.
