Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

Your Role

• Work with exclusive, high-intent leads —no cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting required.
• Meet with clients virtually or by phone to assess their financial protection needs and recommend personalized life insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on their coverage options and guide them through the application process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
• Follow a proven, easy-to-learn sales system while using company-provided technology and tools to efficiently manage your workflow.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and pipeline, giving you the flexibility to work remotely and control your income potential.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service, timely follow-up, and ongoing support.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to strengthen your skills, achieve your goals, and grow your career in financial services.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for helping others.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment.

• Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance License (no prior experience required).

• Coachable and eager to learn through a proven training and mentorship system.

• Able to work independently from home with excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Professional, dependable, and able to successfully pass a background check.

• Growth-minded with a positive attitude and an interest in long-term career and leadership opportunities.
