Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time
Overtime: Plenty of Overtime Available

Job Description

We are currently seeking dependable and experienced MIG Welders to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and want to maximize their earnings through consistent overtime opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, fabricating and welding metal components, and maintaining high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials according to specifications
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience with measuring tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
