All Chick-fil-A Team Members are required to demonstrate the Core 4 Values: Create eye contact Share a smile Speak with a friendly tone Always say "My Pleasure" Position Type: Full-time and Part-time Our Benefits Include: Positive work culture that prioritizes a professional, caring and family atmosphere Learning first-hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders Recognition, Appreciation, Care, and Support from your local Owner/Operator Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals Flexible scheduling ( and closed on Sundays ) Scholarship Opportunties Competitive pay (Up to $12) Back of House Team Member Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and organized at all times Keep up to date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up to date on any changes Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned by leadership Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Maintain Honor, Dignity and Respect and adhere to the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Hanes Mall Complete duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications and Requirements: Consistent and reliable Cheerful, friendly and positive attitude Must always say "My Pleasure" Loves serving and helping others Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Able to multi-task in Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. when needed Able to stand for long periods of time This Chick-fil-A Restaurant is operated by an independent franchised business owner who makes their own employment decisions and is responsible for their own content and policies.
