Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives

• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Train patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to encourage continual progress beyond therapy sessions
• Document Progress: Keep detailed records of patient development and modify treatment plans when necessary to ensure the best outcomes

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuous learning and post-graduate certification are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active occupational therapy license (OTR/L)
• Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
