Part-Time/Full-Time
We are a family owned garbage business located in South Plainfield, New Jersey. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Part-Time 8:00am to 2:30pm. Full-Time 8:00am to 4:00pm. Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
Answer calls and handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Assisting Customers with Accounts
Taking Payments on Customers Accounts
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Assisting Billing with Preparation of Monthly Bills
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation Range:
$ 15.00 to $ 16.00 Hourly
