Litigation Associate Attorney (Defense)

We're seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing team, with a focus on insurance defense and personal injury matters . This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on experience, meaningful case responsibility, and the chance to develop as a strong litigator.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of defense matters from start to resolution (settlement or trial)
• Work closely with clients, insurers, and internal team members to develop case strategy
• Handle discovery, including depositions, written discovery, and document review
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Analyze medical records, liability, and damages
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to resolve cases efficiently
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar license (or ability to become licensed)
• Interest in litigation/insurance defense; experience is a plus but not required
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
