Job Overview The Industrial Maintenance Electrician will perform skilled electrical/instrumentation installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work related to specialized electrical equipment and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment following established trade methods and procedures. Accommodate Schedule: 5am - 1:30pm and 11am - 7:30pm. Occasionally OT on Saturdays for PMS. Key Responsibilities Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems Troubleshoot motor and control systems Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems Adhere to all quality and safety codes Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years of electrical experience in an industrial, cosmetics or food manufacturing environment. Industrial/commercial electrical construction experience (conduit bending experience necessary) Maintenance Electrician /Apprendise Electrician License Ability to determine materials needs and quote. Knowledge of code (generally interior buildout) Ability to assess and design circuitry, wire size, components, connections, distributed from panel installation of local disconnects up to 480vac 3-phase. Ability to work from lift as needed. Familiarity with industrial equipment/production setting is a plus. Experience overseeing a small crew as needed. Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, including motors, pumps, drives, relays, three-phase power, communication devices, industrial/electronic controls, and power transmission systems. Preferred experience in the installation and setup VFDs, PLC troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude. Able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings. Capable of install and troubleshoot basic 3-phase motors & control circuits Knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches. #J-18808-Ljbffr Evolving Solution Services
