Join a physician-led, professionally managed organization in Superior, WI. This clinic-only practice offers flexible and adjustable hours to support work-life balance, and is part of a friendly team environment of physicians and credentialed practitioners. The clinic is modern and attached to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model to maintain work-life balance for providers. The clinic also offers a 24-hour Nurse Care line, Epic electronic medical records, and is supported by hospitalists and elder care teams for long-term care facilities. The average number of patients seen per day is 16, and the clinic includes a full range of multi-specialty services and a full-service clinic with laboratory, radiology, and retail pharmacy.

Competitive salary and benefits package including malpractice and tail coverage, and a minimum of 6 weeks' time off per year are offered. The location is approximately 5 miles south of Duluth, MN, and 150 miles north of Minneapolis, MN, on one of the most popular tourist routes in the Midwest, embracing the westernmost tip of the Great Lake, Superior. The Superior population is 28,000; Duluth/Superior regional population is 130,000.

Compensation: $323,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
