Facility:
This is a newer clinic featuring state-of-the-art technology, attached to a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with transitional care services. The facility is part of a physician-led, professionally managed multi-specialty group that includes Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and NP/PA providers, along with a full-time PharmD, onsite Behavioral Health, and an extensive network of outreach specialists covering a wide range of disciplines.

Job Details:

• Seeking a patient-centered physician leader who thrives in a collaborative, low-maintenance, and highly relational team environment
• OB participation is optional; if opting in, provider participates in a community-wide OB group and call schedule
• ZERO Call model implemented to support work-life balance – all after-hours call (excluding OB, hospital, and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a dedicated call team
• Admit privileges at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital facility with transitional care services; complex cases transferred to a 330-bed Level 1 Trauma Center located 7 miles away
• Urgent Care staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers on-site
• Full-time PharmD available for medication therapy management
• Onsite Behavioral Health and Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
• Extensive on-site outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology, OBGYN, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Dermatology, and more
• EPIC electronic medical records used in both clinic and hospital settings
• Minimum of 6 weeks of time off per year
• Malpractice and tail coverage included
• BC/BE Family Medicine required
