With approximately 30 call nights per year, maintain a healthy work-life balance. Working towards full call coverage by orthopedic trauma service.Team Composition: Work alongside 2 full-time pediatric orthopedic surgeons and 2 part-time pediatric orthopedic surgeons nearing retirement, supported by two full-time APCs.Comprehensive Cases: Engage in a full scope of pediatric orthopedic cases, including spine surgeries.State-of-the-Art Facilities: Practice in a new hospital with a dedicated pediatric floor and receive robust support from colleagues in pediatrics and PM+R. Three locations to do surgery: St. Mary’s Medical Center, Essentia Health Duluth, and Ambulatory Surgery Center.Hospital HighlightsSt. Mary’s Medical Center: A 330-bed tertiary care hospital, Level I Trauma Center with a 24-bed emergency department and helicopter support.
