Production Coordinator

Production Coordinator Location : On-Site Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to review incoming customer orders, coordinate production schedules, and help ensure on-time delivery. This role works closely with purchasing, production, customer service, and management to prioritize work, track order status, and maintain efficient workflow throughout the shop. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities Review incoming customer orders and enter jobs into the production schedule Coordinate daily production priorities with shop personnel Monitor order status and track progress through production Communicate with purchasing regarding material availability Assist in scheduling jobs to meet customer delivery requirements Follow up on delayed orders and help resolve scheduling conflicts Maintain accurate records within the ERP system Participate in production meetings and provide schedule updates Generate reports on work orders, production status, and delivery performance Work closely with all departments to improve workflow and efficiency Qualifications Manufacturing experience a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Production planning or scheduling experience is desirable but not required recblid op2mtc4o7myimzln7zi6iaw6kca2q3 #J-18808-Ljbffr
