Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design personalized therapy strategies that empower them to meet their functional ambitions

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work intimately with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide holistic and comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Mentor patients and their families on therapeutic practices to encourage continued progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to help patients stay on their path to recovery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are highly supported

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required
