Compensation: $17.50-$18.50 per hour - paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading plastic packaging manufacturer in Cohasset, MN. In this role, you'll help produce quality plastic tote products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting production goals and quality standards. • Assemble plastic totes and related products
• Perform basic product inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate product counts throughout the shift
• Follow production requirements and meet established quotas
• Complete repetitive assembly tasks involving hand and wrist movements
• Wear required PPE and follow workplace safety procedures
• Keep work areas organized and production-ready

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• Ability to stay on task and meet production quotas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to communicate in English
• Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear as required
• Ability to stand for extended periods during 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
• Ability to lift 1-10 lbs frequently and up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Entry-level candidates welcome, no previous experience required
