Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and psychosocial assessments, which include mental status exams to gather critical information about each patient's condition.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients, thoughtfully identifying their unique needs and goals.

• Provide various therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy. Your approach may involve techniques such as problem-solving, role-playing, and social skills training to improve clients' interpersonal effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient encounters in the electronic health record system, adhering to organization protocols while monitoring key outcome measurements to evaluate therapy efficacy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
