This position requires working as a team to have all menu items available for the opening of the restaurant at the designated time.Responsibilities:Produces bakery products and finishes donutsGreets and serves guests while providing excellent customer serviceAnticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectationsOperates coffee, sandwich, and other equipmentPOS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracyMaintains clean workstations and guest areasFollows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfullyOperational Standards:Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and proceduresResolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgencyFollow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable lawsSkills and Qualifications:Fluent in EnglishCapable of counting money and making changeAble to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)Dan's Management is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive employee community.
