Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a rewarding contract opportunity serving a diverse student caseload across multiple schools in the Kansas City, KS area. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who values flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and continue through late May 2027.

You'll work with a caseload of approximately 50-60 students, supporting their functional and academic progress across several schools, including Camber, Bridges Academy, New Chelsea Elementary, Emerson Elementary, and Welborn Elementary. Enjoy complete control over your schedule, visiting an average of 1-3 schools per day based on your personal planning and workflow preferences.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy licensure in Kansas is required
• Strong background providing OT services in school settings
• Ability to manage and prioritize a moderate-to-large caseload
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with school staff, students, and families
• Reliable, self-motivated, and organized

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct evaluations and implement individualized OT interventions for students
• Develop and update IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress, maintain compliance with state and district standards
• Support student participation in academic and daily living activities
• Travel between assigned schools as scheduled
