Overview Position: First-Line Supervisors of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers Type: Contract Compensation: $20–$50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: Part-time Role Responsibilities Direct and coordinate the activities of construction trades and extraction workers across multiple projects. Interpret project plans, specifications, and work schedules to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. Monitor work progress and enforce safety protocols while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Identify and resolve work issues while recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members through reports and updates. Oversee the allocation of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and cost control. Track performance metrics and prepare progress reports for internal stakeholders. Requirements Strong years of experience as a First-Line Supervisor in construction trades or extraction work. Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, safety standards, and operational procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote team coordination. Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
