Staff Accountant

Position Title: Staff Accountant

This newly created Staff Accountant position offers direct exposure to leadership, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to build a strong foundation for long-term professional growth.


You'll work closely with the Controller and Billing Manager while supporting daily accounting operations, reconciliations, reporting, and bookkeeping activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and contributing to the financial success of a growing business. This is a full-time onsite role, with typical hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. Candidates who thrive in structured environments and enjoy routine accounting tasks will find this position rewarding.

Pay Rate: $65,000 / Year DOE

Responsibilities:

• Perform general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations
• Assist with billing-related accounting tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end processes
• Use Excel and Word for reporting and documentation
• Provide general accounting support to the Controller and Billing Manager

Staff Accountant Requirements:

• 2+ years of general accounting experience preferred
• High school diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience in trucking or logistics is preferred
