Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your workspace tidy and sanitary. Work alongside colleagues to achieve collective output targets and time-sensitive objectives. Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current on industry safety standards and operational techniques. Assist with various production-related activities to help maintain seamless daily operations. Required Skills and Experience Prior background in a food manufacturing or packaging setting is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to follow precise directions with a keen eye for detail. Capacity to perform effectively within a rapid production environment to hit key milestones. Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset. Flexibility regarding scheduling, with the availability to work weekends when required.
