Maintenance Planner Scheduler

Maintenance Planner/SchedulerInframark is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure assets. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage maintenance work orders and schedules using eMaint, JobCal, or other CMMS platforms.Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including labor, materials, tools, and equipment.Work closely with maintenance supervisors and plant management to minimize operational disruptions and downtime.Track inventory, purchase orders, and equipment deliveries to support maintenance operations.Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and reports.Assist with budgeting, forecasting maintenance needs, and monitoring expenditures.Support equipment installations and ensure new assets are integrated into maintenance programs.QualificationsExperience in maintenance planning, scheduling, industrial maintenance, construction, utilities, or related fields.Proficiency with CMMS software (eMaint, JobCal, Maximo, SAP PM, or similar).Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience with scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and purchasing processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.To support a safe and secure workplace, all offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of background screening, drug testing, and driving record review where applicable.Inframark is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
