Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for, or possession of, an active medical license in California.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
