• Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship; Active CA medical license
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in psychiatric care for adolescents and children, including medication management and behavioral interventions

What You’ll Do

• Provide psychiatric care for a pediatric and adolescent patient population, managing 6–12 patients daily
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee medication management
• Perform psychiatric evaluations, including psychopharmacology and psychotherapy modalities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and guardians to coordinate care
• Manage challenging behaviors and utilize de-escalation techniques with adolescents
• Lead and supervise healthcare staff to ensure the highest quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal and safeguarding protocols

What You Need

• Active CA Medical License and Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry + CAP fellowship
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience with pediatric populations
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses, treatments, and medications for youth
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse patient backgrounds
