Our agency has been serving the community since 1997, and today we're a close-knit team of five. Before opening the agency, I worked in State Farm claims operations, which gave me a strong foundation for helping customers with confidence and care. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
