National Sales Director

Responsibilities Support agents and promote sales of company-branded products to achieve maximum market penetration and sales growth. Strategically plan for the assigned region’s business, including sales initiatives and growth objectives. Provide leadership that fosters a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behavior. Offer product expertise to agents and dealers—advising on pitching, selling techniques, handling objections, giving demonstrations, and training on aftermarket products and software. Ensure all activities are properly recorded in Salesforce. Keep agents informed of company changes, activities, and updates. Assist agents in planning and supervising promotions and demonstrations at dealerships to maximize sales and profits. Train agent and dealership personnel in selling procedures and software usage. Support agents in providing input to dealers on product requirements, pricing, point‑of‑sale, in‑store, and advertising needs. Stay informed on market and competitor activities through field information and other sources. Help transition the organization to process‑focused operations. Qualifications At least 5 years of dealership finance and insurance experience in automotive. Leadership experience is ideal. Strong computer and MS Office skills; ability to learn new software quickly. Knowledge of automotive insurance. Strategic planning and business analytics skills. Executive presence and experience facilitating business presentations. Strong client service and support focus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities. Positive, inspiring role model with a learning‑oriented mindset. Location Farmington Hills, MI 32751 (Middlebelt Road).
